When inquiring about an order please be as detailed as possible. What you should include in your inquiry :

• Favor Item you are interested in
• Date of Event
• Colour/Theme
• Design Character/s
• Wording/Phrases
• Quantity Needed

Ordering

Orders MUST be placed a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. This will ensure enough time to review designs, edit if need be, assemble order and ship it out. The sooner the approval is received the quicker the order will be done. Orders are shipped out a week or two prior to event or date needed by – reason being is that treats expire and this ensures you receive them fresh with enough time to enjoy.

Drafts

Drafts are sent this way to give a realistic idea of how they would assembled. When a draft is sent, this is your opportunity to verify EVERTHING, from the font, to spelling, to the characters. If anything needs to be changed or added, this is the time to mention it. If an error was noticed after approving the draft, there will be a reprint fee as materials will be used twice to fix the error.

Posting

All orders are recorded and posted on all our social media accounts Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook. If you would prefer not to share your order on these platforms please state at time of order and we will respect your wishes.
